Ron & Lue Exell are located 2nd row down from the right-hand corner of the Torsk sign. Ron is to the right of Lue with the bushy hair. Ron says it was standard practice that all officers left parties at 2200 and then it really went wild. They spent $3000 on the party and had to pay another $3000 for damages after the party!!!!!
