TM1 Exell Mighty Mine Dodgers Certificate.
This is a special certificate given to the sub sailors who made it into the Sea of Japan. Torsk and her crew on the last war patrol went into the Sea of Japan where they sank the last two ships of the war. The certificate is signed by VADM Lockwood.

Ron was a TM1 in charge of the FTR, and Bill was a TM3 working for Ron. This was the first time they had seen each other in more than 50 years!
