USS Torsk (SS-423) Photo Album
This series shows a change of command ceremony in Norfolk for SUBRON 6.
The exact date is not certain, but it has to be after July 1, 1955 when Torsk was transferred from New London to Norfolk. If anyone can pin this down for me, please let me know at gilbert@usstorsk.org.UPDATE - Duane Conger, who served on ORION in the late 50's, has placed the date around late 1957.

It appears the center of the ceremonies is on board Cobbler, the 5th boat
from the bottom of the image.
