This is the Crew's Mess. The Galley is located at the forward end, to the left of the oval hatch that leads to the control room.

Ventilation lines fill the overhead, along with manual operating gear for main ballast tank vent valves.

Torsk should have 8 benches in this compartment, but 7 of the original benches were removed.  The Torsk Volunteer Association and Custom Metal Products have created 6 replica benches and are working on the final bench.
