The flowers are placed on the waters of the Inner Harbor,
as Captain Doroshenko reads the names.
After the names were read, a 5 second blast on Torsk's whistle was sounded. This was followed by Taps, played first by a bugler from the Naval Academy who was located forward on the deck.
