Thursday evening, several Volunteers did the prep work aboard the boat. They rigged the receiving skid in the FTR, cut out the diamond plate top landing to open up the loading hatch, and did some grinding and painting in the sonar shack.

Friday morning started out rainy, but by 0700 the clouds had cleared and there was a beautiful sunrise over the channel leading into the Inner Harbor. Though it was windy and cool, we were happy to see the rain gone!

A view down into the FTR showing the receiving skid waiting for the fish!

Elizabeth is ready with her steel hat!
