Sunday morning Guns led out in a ceremony to remember the crewmembers lost on USS Cole as a result of the terrorist attack while she was refueling in Yemen.

The flag he is holding was used to cover the F-4 headstone while it made its journey from Arlington National Cemetery to Hawaii earlier this year. He requested that it be flown during the ceremony aboard Torsk.

Mike Eacho and Dave Thames raise the flag to half-mast to honor the lost crewmembers of Cole.

Guns had a short ceremony and read off the names of the 17 crewmembers killed on Cole as Bob Gawe and Larry Derouin tolled the bell for each one.

As part of the ceremony, the Volunteers presented Elizabeth with a plaque made of Torsk Teak in honor of her dedication and service to Torsk.
