The forward skid mount in the ATR was installed on Friday, in preparation for the skid load later that evening. Dave Thames, Joe Roche, George Tyler, Bill McGlinn, and Bruce Broseker all lend a hand in the heavy lifting required to get the mount into place and get the bolts inserted.
Swab that deck!!!
Joe Roche mops up some water that leaked from the #3 fresh water tank in Control.
Several people spent Friday scraping and needle-gunning the sail to prep it for painting. On the left, Ken Hottenstein scrapes the old ribbons off the sail. Tracey Johnston and Braddock Gaskill work on the paint back aft.
